THE CHURCH LANE REGENERATION
In August 2006 Bedford Borough Council appointed Coplan Estates Ltd as the Council's redevelopment partner for the regeneration of the Church Lane Neighbourhood Centre, Bedford MK41 0PW. Our aim is to keep interested stakeholders fully informed of progress and will be up-dated as and when significant milestones are reached. Our proposals for Church Lane will culminate in the creation of a revitalised and vibrant Neighbourhood Centre for the surrounding community. The scheme will include additional new shops and a food store, a medical centre, a relocated community building, and a selection of new homes. We are pleased to be working with Bedford Borough Council as this opportunity fits with Coplan's strategy of delivering complex mixed use regeneration schemes either solely or in partnership with Local Authorities.
